Systematic desensitization is utilized for anxiety disorder and PTSD, incorporating relaxation training and imagery to overcome physiological response to perceived stressors.
Geriatric counseling services are available to develop improved coping skills for life's transitions, and adjustment to loss, decreased functioning, and disability.
